The small city of Koumac in the North of New Caledonia has organized the women’s challenge and no less than 50 participants attended the tournament. It was a big success and all players went home with a rose. OTTF and New Caledonia TTA President Patrick Gillmann hopes that all these ladies will come back to the venue to hit the small TT ball.

With the support of David Smythe from Butterfly Australia, Butterfly provide an annual sponsorship to
1 Male and 1 Female Player in our region, selected by The OTTF Development officer.
This sponsorship is for South Pacific Players only [excludes Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia] and is rotated every year unless one of the players has outstanding regional and international results.
Package will include:--
2 blades, 8 pieces of rubber, I litre glue, 2 pair of Butterfly shoes,
1 shoulder bag, 1 racket case, 2 shorts, and 3 T shirts per athlete.
