	It is with regret that we advise of the passing of FRAN KEYHOE OTTF Umpires & Referee Chairman Fran will be remembered for her work in advancing officiating in many Oceania countries Our condolences go to Ron and all the family in their sad loss Fran will be missed by everyone

BUTTERFLY SCHOLARSHIPS With the support of David Smythe from Butterfly Australia, Butterfly provide an annual sponsorship to 1 Male and 1 Female Player in our region, selected by The OTTF Development officer. This sponsorship is for South Pacific Players only [excludes Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia] and is rotated every year unless one of the players has outstanding regional and international results. Package will include:-- 2 blades, 8 pieces of rubber, I litre glue, 2 pair of Butterfly shoes, 1 shoulder bag, 1 racket case, 2 shorts, and 3 T shirts per athlete. For 2007 this sponsorship goes to PRISCILA TOMMY (Vanuatu) & OCEAN BELROSE (Tahiti) (We mention that Priscila is also going to the Olympics as tripartite qualifier)
	OTTF Development Officer Andrew Hubbard took part in four day OSEP Course Presenter course at the launch of Oceania Sports Education Program held recently at the ONOC conference in FIJI
